The Finance Director Opportunity:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and further develop the finance function, with a key focus on optimising EBITDA—an essential metric as they prepare for an eventual Private Equity exit. Your expertise as a Finance Director will be instrumental in shaping their financial strategy and ensuring robust financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a talented finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Implement and enhance financial controls and reporting mechanisms to drive operational efficiency. Maintain a laser-sharp focus on EBITDA, providing strategic insights to support business objectives. Analyse complex financial data and present findings to senior management to inform decision-making. Work in tandem with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Proven experience in a Finance Director role or similar senior finance position. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing finance teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex financial information. Experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is highly desirable.
