PR / INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER - COTY PRESTIGE SKINCARE

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
Play an active role in planning and managing logistics attached to effective local events, creating unforgettable brand activations and engaging experiences (both intimate small scale and large reach) with content control at the heart. Strong strategic thinking in influencer mapping and identification to partner with on brand activations. Track and monitor the skincare brands performance with awareness and understanding of main KPI and drivers of ROI. Share regular reports across the teams using the external tracking platforms demonstrating success of initiatives and activations. Work closely with the digital/e-comm/local brand teams to ensure the IM strategy aligns with the digital agenda/vision in terms of launch calendar and retailer support. Have supportive visibility of the workload of the IM/PR assistant (intern) to ensure smooth running of press office. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced PR/Influencer Marketing Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Strong PR experience (agency/in-house) ideally with a background in Luxury/Beauty PR and IM. Established media contact knowledge across print, online, digital and influencers/agents. Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans (with senior support). Eagerness/ability to forge strong working relationships with Global IM teams, following set practices and processes for approval of UK participation with both local and global activations. Strong insights and analytical skills with experience in using IM analytical platforms. Efficient and proactive reporting skills with global and internal teams. In-depth knowledge, understanding and a passion for social media and trends in the social media space. OUR BENEFITS
