£55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus scheme We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join a prestigious firm’s Residential Property team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high net worth properties for UK and international clients, including those with extensive property portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Manage and advise on residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and property portfolio management. Work closely with high-net-worth individuals and international clients, delivering a premium service. Provide expert advice on complex property matters, including investment properties, developments, and buy-to-let portfolios. Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client goals efficiently. Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with a solid background in residential property law. At least 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within the high-net-worth property market. Proven ability to manage complex property transactions with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with clients with property portfolios or international clients is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, practical legal advice. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What We Offer: Competitive salary between £55,000 and £75,000, depending on experience.
