My client is a niche law firm that specializes in Private Criminal Defence & regulatory work. They represent Police officers and Regulated professionals subject to criminal and regulatory allegations.
They are looking to recruit a full or part-time qualified solicitor and are interested to hear from potential candidates who have experience in:
Advising and representing Professional clients, subject to criminal & regulatory allegations
Dealing with complex criminal cases at Crown Court
Dealing with regulatory cases
Helping with call out cases for institutional clients
You will be working alongside senior and experienced legal practitioners. They offer flexible and home working arrangements.
The ideal applicant would be an experienced Police station representative, with experience in dealing with PFED, a fully qualified solicitor, living within an hour and a half of Yorkshire.
This is a remote position, offering a great salary, incentives, and a bonus structure for the successful applicant.
