About the Role :
My client in Edinburgh are looking for a Product Insights Analyst to join their team on a 3 month basis to support them in an exciting part of their journey. The key areas of this position will be to uncover key insights from how users engage with new web features. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the development of a digital app by analysing user data and helping drive business decisions. This business are Small Business Exempt from IR35, so you have the chance to work Outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with a team to analyse how users are interacting with app features
Focus on gathering insights that drive business strategy, not just technical data
Work closely with the team to research and develop customer insights
Support the development of new product features by delivering actionable insights based on user behaviour
Key Skills :
Experience in a start-up environment, particularly with digital apps or products
Strong background in Product/Data analytics and consumer insights
Experience writing SQL Queries and Analysing Data, recognising and reporting on trends and recommendations
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
