Our client is a market leading M&E and Renewables contractor who specialise in the repair, service, maintenance and installation of electrical systems, heating systems, air source heat pumps and Solar PV. Throughout the last few years they have substantially grown, doubling their turnover and headcount and they are looking to continue this growth with their 5 year plan. Due to this extraordinary growth, they are looking for a Retrofit Assessor to join their team, working within the social housing sector throughout Devon and the surrounding areas.
Retrofit Assessor Salary & Benefits
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company van Overtime paid at 1.5x/2x Pension
Retrofit Assessor Job Overview
Carry out all types of technical surveys & whole house retrofit assessments including kit lists, design, drawings, client schedule of rates, and internal schedule of rates, detailed property information and capturing resident information. All in line with company processes and documented procedures. To liaise with clients and residents to ensure correct design and understanding of their needs for whole house/deep retrofit to comply with PAS20:35 standards.
Retrofit Assessor Job Requirements
EPC trained (highly advantageous) Chartered architectural technologist (MCIAT or FCIAT) registered by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) Architect registered by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB or FCIOB) Chartered building surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) Full UK driving licence Able to pass a DBS check
