In this role, the HR Business Partner will provide HR advice and guidance to the senior leadership team on all HR matters and deal with complex casework spanning performance, attendance, and complex employee relations. You will lead the development of all internal HR policies, contracts, and procedures while working with the CEO on the HR strategy and the building of a culture that centers on wellbeing, belonging, and inclusion. What Are We Looking For
Our client is looking for a proven HR Generalist who has a strong background across the full generalist remit. You will need to have led a people strategy and completed complex employee relations work. You will need to be in the York office once a week to work and collaborate with the team and provide support to the CEO. In this role, it is imperative that you can build strong internal relationships with the employee workforce and trade unions where necessary.
