The business specialises in providing E Money services via a payments portal to small businesses, entrepreneurs, business investors, and family offices. The business is able to provide a seamless payments service across multiple jurisdictions and over 70 currencies worldwide. This enables their customers to make payments to suppliers, employees, and personally, quickly and compliantly, without disruption via over-zealous KYC / AML. As the IT Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the IT function, setting the strategic vision and recruiting a team of 20-30 talented individuals. Your expertise in scaling up and entrepreneurial environments will be key as we prepare for the next stage of investment and exit of the existing private equity owners as the business expands into new markets. In addition to your technical skills, the ability as IT Director to communicate complex technology concepts to non-IT stakeholders is essential.
