We are looking for a Head of Planning to join our Bristol Planning team. You will operate as a key part of our Midlands and South West Land Development and Planning team, tasked with driving our planning and development business across the region. Our Bristol planning team is one of the 4 UK planning hubs, with other planning teams in Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds, each being an integral part of Cushman and Wakefield’s 100 strong National Development and Strategic Advisory team. Joining a global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy, you will have access to unrivalled levels of market intelligence and resource. This brings the opportunity to build on established national, international, and regional client relationships and develop new business from across the public and private sectors, sharing insights and working collaboratively alongside other experts across all asset classes. As the Partner within the Planning team, it will be your role to define and execute the strategy and business plan through managing and representing the office/team in the market, enabling clients to fulfill their operational and investment property objectives. You will be a seasoned professional in the Planning world, working within a similar environment. We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to drive the Development and Planning agenda forward in the South West and Midlands region. It will be very much desirable for you to have key contacts and experience within these geographical areas.
