The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager will be:
· Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper performance and a positive work environment. · Oversee customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience. · Manage budgets, control costs, track sales, and analyse financial performance. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations. · Develop marketing strategies, engage with the community, and promote the restaurant. Salary: £40,000 per annum,
Schedule: 5/7 days, 8-12 hour shifts
