The primary objective of the Client Partner role is to drive and support the achievement of sales and business development objectives from an assigned mix of existing and new clients, and to achieve Personal and Team Bookings goals. You will: Arrange & develop input for client meetings. Develop proposals for both research technology solutions as well as full-service consultative research projects that reflect the business requirements of clients. Work with the research team to successfully deliver projects (arrange kick-off meetings, review research reports / storytelling, co-present insights to clients in a clear and inspiring way). Build & grow lasting client relationships, getting support as needed from Impact Consultants and your wider commercial team mates. This is also a role, where you work closely with, and learn from, Senior Client Partners or Group Commercial Directors: Think strategically about how to grow existing and new clients. Persuade clients through consultative selling. Implement strategies that drive improved (senior) client relationships. Actively support and participate in pitches. Manage personal pipeline and forecast. Your experience:

7+ years’ experience in market research in a research agency or client side role. Specific experience in brand tracking and creative pre-testing. Able to understand client needs and demands in a research context. Solid knowledge of research methodology and content. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients. Great communicator; written and verbal. Compelling storyteller. Insights provider. Hands-on and proactive. Becoming a Client Partner at Toluna Group gives you the opportunity to: Assist the Group Commercial Directors in growing market revenue through business development, management and expansion of existing client relationships/accounts as well as new. Manage strategic initiatives to deliver profitable growth across clients and develop retention/growth strategy. Utilise your analytical expertise and storytelling experience to turn data into an insightful story that addresses key client business issues and present findings to clients. Partner on the development of insightful and strategic sales presentations/proposals and pulling in the appropriate company expertise where needed. Demonstrate success in all aspects of the project process, including proposal development, research design, analysis, and formal presentation at the client level. Collaborate with talented people:

Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure that client objectives are met and insights delivered. Act as a key point of contact (Client Management):

You will interact with all stakeholders, both internally and externally on a day-to-day basis. You excel at providing clear communication to answer client questions, advising clients to proactively address needs and solving business problems that drive client satisfaction.
