Role Overview:

Your expertise will be pivotal in the design, analysis, and execution of complex structures, ensuring adherence to international standards and pushing the boundaries of structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of structural systems for large-scale projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to translate concepts into innovative and feasible structural designs.

Conduct comprehensive structural analyses and simulations using state-of-the-art software and methodologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Engage in international projects, navigating diverse regulatory frameworks and cultural nuances while delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

Extensive experience (X+ years) in structural engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.

Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and familiarity with BIM methodologies.

Strong understanding of international building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-cultural environments.
