Through working closely with colleagues, the post holder will be expected to further develop palliative, end of life and bereavement care services in North East Wales. There is potential for flexibility within the Department, depending on the post holder's individual interests and experience. The post holder will provide a consultant and advisory service role working within the integrated (hospital and community) statutory East SPC team. They will advise colleagues on patient management, including closely supporting the CNSs and the Hospice at Home nursing teams in the East area. The post holder will have the support of specialty doctors and specialty trainees in palliative medicine on rotation. About us
