Based in impressive offices in central Cardiff the team enjoys a strong market presence and an excellent reputation within the commercial property arena. Joining the firm's largest team, you will enjoy working in a supportive yet progressive working environment. Due to expansion the firm is currently recruiting for solicitors to join the team. You will enjoy an interesting and varied caseload to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, real estate finance and social housing. You will also have an opportunity to specialise in an area if you so wish. The ideal candidate will be a strong commercial property / real estate lawyer with at least 2 years post qualification experience behind them.
