Previous experience in recruitment sales is essential for this role. You will be responsible for:
Client Acquisition:
Develop new client relationships through outbound business development, networking, lead generation and client meetings. Issue and negotiate suitable terms of business. Job Profiling/Analysis:
Take detailed briefs from clients to ensure understanding of all job requirements and competencies needed for roles across client base. Candidate Resourcing:
Searching and Identification of potential candidates through online advertising and sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and recruitment CRM database. Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, conduct profile calls, initial interviews, complete assessment of candidate suitability for roles. Interview management:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensure clarity of information and details, establish clear two-way feedback. Offer Negotiation:
Facilitate, manage and negotiation between client and candidate at all stages. Including salary, working conditions and specific contract terms. Client management:
Maintain and grow client relationships at all levels, expand client understanding of G&P services, develop client trust and multi-level relationships. The ideal candidate:
2 - 4 years experience within a 360 Recruitment position including sales, business growth and client growth. Must have a clean driving licence, and access to own vehicle. Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality or Tech Recruitment experience is desired, but not essential. Self-motivated and determined individual, with clear communication and excellent customer service skills. Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, base salary (DOE). Benefits:
