Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment

Future Build Recruitment Site Manager West London Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a reliable Site Manager for a main contractor on a social housing refurbishment project. Our client will be delivering a planned maintenance for various Housing Associations and Local Authorities in West London. The current work stream is involving although upcoming work will involve other elements of social housing. Responsibilities Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLOs. Maintain a solid relationship with the client, chairing progress meetings and ensuring they are aware of any changes. Keep on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week. Provide weekly progress reports with the visiting Contracts Manager. About you Valid qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety. Stable career history with recognized contractors. Experience in delivering with one or more of the above elements. Experience working with tenants in situ. Previous experience overseeing social housing projects. Job Type:
