Kingston upn Thames We are seeking an experiencedSenior Internal Managerto lead the construction of a prestigious residential development. This role requires a balance of innovation, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to ensure smooth delivery, compliance, and exceptional quality. This project will deliver 450+ high-quality new homes, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, set around landscaped gardens with private balconies or terraces for each unit.
Responsibilities include:
Managing internal trades and subcontractors to meet build programs.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety, NHBC standards, and building regulations.
Conducting quality control procedures and resolving defects promptly.
Monitoring project costs and approving contractor payments.
Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes on time and budget.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role on residential projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive understanding of construction legislation and NHBC standards.
Membership with CIOB or equivalent qualifications is an advantage.
