We are looking for a Multi Trade in the Lincoln area to work for a highly established housing company working within 25 miles of Lincoln. The position would be a permanent role and would involve working within tenanted properties doing renovations and maintenance on homes within Military of Defence bases.

The successful Multi trade will be responsible for:
Working in tenanted properties Working individually and as part of a team when required Call outs on a rota basis of 1 week in every 5 Carry out maintenance duties namely joinery and plumbing Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer Working Monday to Friday (8-5)
The successful Multi Trade will:
Be NVQ Level 2 qualified in either carpentry or plumbing Aware of Health and Safety Regulation Skills in carpentry, joinery and plumbing Strong customer service skills Ability to work to deadlines Have full UK drivers license

Salary of £35,000 per annum 22 days annual leave plus public holidays Van and fuel card
