Our client is seeking an experienced EMEA Corporate Tax Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the International Tax Director and support with UK current initiatives including tax compliance, governance and controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for UK corporation tax compliance and governance, preparation of QIP calculations and tax forecasts, and responding to ad-hoc queries from the business on corporate direct tax matters. What you'll do: As an EMEA Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of UK corporation tax compliance and governance. You will prepare QIP calculations and tax forecasts, undertake UK CFC reviews annually, liaise with advisors regarding local country CFC and anti-hybrid requirements. Your role will also involve assisting with EMEA direct tax requirements and responding to ad hoc direct tax queries from the business. Additionally, you will support correspondence with tax authorities including drafting letters and completing double tax treaty forms. Responsible for all aspects of UK corporation tax compliance and governance Preparation of QIP calculations and tax forecasts Undertake UK CFC review on an annual basis Liaise with advisors in relation to local country CFC, anti-hybrid requirements Assist with EMEA direct tax requirements Respond to ad hoc direct tax queries from the business Support with correspondence with tax authorities including but not limited to, drafting letters, completion of double tax treaty forms What you bring: The ideal candidate for the EMEA Corporate Tax Manager position is educated to degree level, a qualified tax accountant with a CTA. You bring strong direct and indirect tax experience along with a commercial mindset. Your knowledge of and experience in direct tax requirement across UK and EMEA sets you apart. You have experience working in an international environment including time zone management. Your strong people skills allow you to influence others positively and build relationships across all levels.
