Permanent Reporting Line:

The Business Analyst (Finance) will report directly to the IT Manager. Role:

The Business Analyst (Finance) will carry out Finance Systems tasks relating to all Well-Safe locations, and provide general support for all Finance Systems. Key responsibilities:

Project Management Business Analysis System Design Data upload & configuration User Acceptance Testing Go-live support User Training Design of Finance Reports Key outcomes:

All Finance systems are implemented & supported in line with the IT Strategy ERP Finance data and ongoing procedures are managed for all sites Limits of authority:

Full responsibility for all operational activities within the philosophies and constraints laid out in the job description. Knowledge & Competency:

High calibre individual with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role Experience in developing and supporting system improvements Ability to work on own initiative and drive changes through the organization High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance Organised, diligent, and dynamic, with the ability to manage multiple (and conflicting) workstreams to ensure successful delivery of our objectives Excellent communications skills with colleagues as well as external stakeholders (ability to engage at all levels) Team player and relationship builder Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making Willingness to work through peak cycles Use of ERP and Finance systems, Office 365, and advanced Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organisational skills Understanding of Maximo and/or Microsoft Dynamic (preferably NAV or Business Central) Degree in relevant subject Experience of supporting an ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV Experience within the Oil & Gas industry either with a rig contractor or operator Working knowledge of Power BI, Datarails or other similar reporting tools
