We are currently working on behalf of one of the premier local automotive parts manufacturers in the area who have been the leaders in the industry for a number of years. They are considered the experts in their niche and put customer service and quality at the forefront of everything they do.

With this in mind, they are looking for an experienced QHSE Advisor to join the team and ensure the delivery of effective quality, health, safety, and environmental support and advice across the business and promote a safety-first culture. You will work closely with the QHSE Manager to build and maintain the QMS / H&S Management system within compliance of ISO9001.

Roles and Responsibilities of a QHSE Advisor:

Support the QHSE Manager with the management of the H&S / Quality management system. Ensure that supplied parts meet the industry standards. Carry out audits surrounding health, safety, and quality. Inspect parts / materials for defects. Complete risk assessments and incident reports.

Skills required to be successful in this QHSE Advisor Role:

Quality, Health & Safety experience within the manufacturing and engineering sector. Experience working and managing an ISO9001 management system. NEBOSH / IOSH accreditation is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The package for this QHSE Advisor role includes:

Basic Salary of up to £35,000. Working hours of Monday – Friday (08.00 – 18.00). 20 days Annual Leave + Bank holidays. Company Pension Scheme. Life Assurance.
