The Role:
Advise on a wide range of legal matters, including supplier and customer agreements, litigation, consumer issues, and property matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts that align with business goals while mitigating legal risks. Oversee civil litigation claims from start to resolution, preparing and managing all necessary documentation. Collaborate with the Compliance and HR teams to maintain all necessary documentation. Liaise with lenders and external parties to negotiate terms, agreements, and resolve consumer-related issues. Prepare and deliver training sessions to equip teams with practical legal knowledge. Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Consumer law. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
