As part of the VAH Business Analysis & Planning team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering automation solutions, advanced analytics, and strategic insights that align with our long-term vision and operational priorities. Using analytics to design and support strategic direction, you'll translate high-level goals into actionable plans, driving implementation through automation and innovative solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and growth, leveraging technologies like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and the Power Platform to create impactful solutions that drive VAH's competitive edge.

Working collaboratively across departments, you'll ensure data integrity and governance while proactively shaping processes and reporting to meet the evolving needs of the business. Day to day

Develop and implement automation solutions using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Power Platform. Create impactful data visualizations, reports, and self-service tools to inform decision-making. Provide strategic insights to support business forecasting, market positioning, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with centralized Data Management teams to uphold data integrity and governance. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Test and evaluate new tools and techniques to ensure innovative solutions align with business goals. Upskill team members/share best practice in analytics and automation to foster a culture of self-service.

Alongside the above, we're looking for someone with:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A proven track record of using data-driven insights to shape long-term strategies. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) and platforms like Power Automate. Advanced technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies. Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and the ability to support cross-functional teams.
