Exceptional opportunity to lead a highly skilled in-house Pensions team managing £bn+ DB and DC plans on behalf of the corporate and trustees. Hybrid, West Sussex offices c.3 days a week About the role Drive forward the DB and DC pensions arrangements at a strategic and operational level, with keen focus on robust governance and member experience As subject matter expert work closely with senior company stakeholders and the trustee board, and with external advisers, administrators and industry bodies Ensure delivery of services including policy, operations, administration, governance, risk, investment, finance and communications Act as mentor to the in-house Pensions team, encouraging and supporting ongoing growth and development About you You will be able to draw on a proven track record in the management of DB and DC pension plans with up to date technical knowledge and keen commercial acumen Please quote reference 81904.
