Lead and contribute to key projects, including new product development and commercial opportunities. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth. Minimum Requirements: UK-qualified solicitor with a proven track record in commercial law and financial services. Strong knowledge of English contract law and the ability to draft and negotiate agreements confidently. Solutions-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to legal advice and problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills—able to present legal risks and solutions effectively to stakeholders. Experience in regulated environments and a keen interest in financial services.
