This role offers an exciting opportunity to protect the business and customers from fraud by investigating suspected fraudulent Accidental Damage claims. Up to £29,000 Location: Salford Quays, Manchester. Hybrid working with 4 days at home and 1 day in the office. The Role As an Accidental Damage Fraud Investigator, you'll manage a portfolio of suspected organised/opportunistic accidental damage claims, conduct interviews, and collaborate with internal colleagues and third-party suppliers. Key Responsibilities of the Fraud Investigator - Accidental Damage: Manage suspected accidental damage claims in accordance with company procedures and SLAs Conduct telephone interviews with customers and engage external suppliers Perform open source and desktop enquiries using various databases Assess evidence and provide regular updates to involved parties Meet agreed fraud KPIs and targets while ensuring compliance with company policies Required knowledge and experience for the Fraud Investigator - Accidental Damage role: Proven track record of managing a caseload with adherence to SLAs Strong understanding of FCA, Consumer Duty, and FOS Good understanding of the motor insurance industry Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach and positive attitude If you're passionate about fraud investigation and ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Fraud Investigator in Accidental Damage, get in touch. _________________________________ Applicants must be located and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
