About the Role The Enterprise Risk Analyst works closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework as well as key stakeholders across the Risk Centre of Excellence, the Risk Department, and Swift to ensure Swift's Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient, and embedded. This includes: ERM Framework:

Working with Head of Enterprise Risk Framework to design, develop, implement, and embed methodology change to ensure Swift's approach to Risk Management continuously improves, remains dynamic, and aligns with regulatory and industry standards. Maintain effectiveness of Swift's ERM Framework collateral (Policy, Standards) to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs. Build a deep knowledge of Swift's ERM Framework to support the development and provision of training as well as responding to user queries. Support in the refresh and delivery of Swift's ERM Framework, maintaining awareness of advances in Risk Management. Work closely with and support implementation of the company-wide GRC Solution project to enhance risk, control, and mitigation data. Responsible for analysing Enterprise Risk Register data to assess implementation of Swift's ERM Framework and working closely with Risk Partners to continuously improve data quality. Supporting colleagues within the Risk Centre of Excellence to support Risk Management within Swift. What will make you successful: 2 - 3 years' experience working in a similar role within Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Audit & Assurance, and a keen interest to grow your expertise in Risk Management. ISO31000 certification would be beneficial (though not essential). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communicator able to engage proactively with a wide range of stakeholders. Driven by engaging in varied activities and thrive in a high-paced environment. Solution-oriented, curious, and willing to ask questions. Adapt flexibly to achieve needed outcomes.
