Job Description Leading the development and implementation of fire and building safety strategies. Ensuring all properties are compliant with the latest fire and building safety regulations. Managing a team of safety specialists to deliver top-quality service. Conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits across properties. Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Implementing training programmes to boost staff knowledge and competence in safety matters. Providing expert advice on fire and building safety matters to the board. Overseeing the management of fire and building safety incidents, ensuring swift resolution. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Head of Fire and Building Safety' should have: A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Fire Safety or Facilities Management. Proven experience in a leadership role within the property industry. Strong knowledge of fire and building safety regulations. Experience in managing a diverse property portfolio. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
