depending upon relevant experience What you'll be doing as VAT Manager:
Manage and oversee the VAT team, ensuring timely submission of quarterly VAT returns and annual adjustments Work on addressing priority tax issues and maximising VAT recoveries Provide technical tax support for major capital investments and international expansion Lead VAT compliance audits and implement system/process changes to reflect new legislation Design and implement a new VAT training strategy for staff across the organization What you'll need to offer:
As an experienced tax professional, you would ideally bring an accountancy and/or tax qualification, but candidates with strong experience in VAT and tax would also be of great interest. You'll have: Expertise in tax legislation and strong analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues at all levels Experience of working within a large complex organization would be helpful, but is not essential Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing conflicting workloads and deadlines This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development within a dynamic environment.
