As a trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, engaging training and support to apprentices on their journey to becoming confident, effective managers. Enjoy a hybrid working model that allows for both remote work and face-to-face interactions during progress reviews and personalized tutoring sessions within your designated region. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training sessions for Management and Business Administration apprentices in line with the apprenticeship standards. Provide one-on-one mentorship, offering guidance, feedback, and encouragement to apprentices. Assess apprentices' progress and ensure they meet the required benchmarks and learning outcomes. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in management or leadership roles, ideally at a senior level. Level 5 Management qualification. Teaching or assessing qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, AET, CAVA, TAQA etc.).
