We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and support our mission to expand our client base in the innovative field of 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the BDR is to generate and qualify leads, laying the foundation for strong client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and showcasing the benefits of cutting-edge additive manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries that can benefit from powder bed fusion additive manufacturing and 3D printing solutions. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and aligning them with tailored solutions. Schedule and coordinate initial meetings or calls with senior sales representatives. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's services to effectively communicate value to potential clients. Regularly update the CRM system with accurate lead details and progress reports. Monitor industry trends to identify new outreach opportunities.

This role suits someone who thrives on initiating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and building long-term business partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally within technology, manufacturing, or related industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent. Passion for innovation and technology; an interest in the 3D printing industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage objections effectively. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary with performance-based commission. Opportunities to work in a cutting-edge industry with room for growth. A collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team environment. Flexible working hours with potential for hybrid work. Exciting career progression opportunities.

Bonus Structure:

Bonus for every qualified lead that progresses to a sample order or project meeting. Quarterly sales team target bonus tied to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Key OKRs:

Build a strong sales pipeline through effective outreach and lead generation. Make a set number of outbound prospecting phone calls daily. Generate a specified number of qualified leads weekly through outreach and follow-ups. Secure a target pipeline revenue figure from new business leads quarterly.
