Reporting to the Methods Manager, the LTC Methods Engineer will be responsible for providing support to the methods team. In particular: Review, amend and give input to the constructability of the permanent design. Draw up the structural works execution programme. Draw up the preparation schedule for Methods and Plant. Participate in technical/price studies for different construction solutions for the structure. Set the execution methods (temporary works, equipment, tools phasing, cycles) in line with the Programme and the Quality-Safety-Environment rules. Carry out studies regarding site installations and the lifting equipment. Extrapolate previous company project experiences to LTC. Determine all plant resources needed for concreting and safety: formwork for vertical and horizontal elements, safety, lifting equipment, etc. Manage the Methods technicians/engineers and draughtsperson if available and be able to draw your own drawing. Attend actively meetings with other stakeholders, represent the methods department, communicate output, and report feedback. Skills & Experience
• Engineering degree or similar • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills) • AutoCAD skills to draw your own drawing from sketch to 'for construction' • Technical and structural knowledge and profit-minded • Methodical, curious, open-minded, thinking outside the box, authoritative, available, attentive, objective, tenacious, and responsible. • Business capabilities include: Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Decision Making, Interpersonal Ability, Planning & Organising, Verbal Communication & Written Communication.
