Field Operations Kitchen Trainer , you’ll be the face of LKN for our partners, ensuring operational excellence, culinary quality, and seamless brand execution. Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for delivering “really f**ing great!” food experiences. Key Responsibilities: Partner Training:

Deliver engaging, hands-on training to kitchen operators on LKN recipes, processes, and brand standards. Operational Excellence:

Support kitchens in achieving top-tier food quality, efficiency, and consistency across virtual brands. Onboarding:

Assist new partners with setup, equipment needs, and first-order execution to ensure a smooth launch. Auditing & Troubleshooting:

Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance, identify operational challenges, and provide solutions. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with kitchen operators, delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat), and the LKN team. Continuous Improvement:

Provide feedback to improve processes and operational support. What We’re Looking For: Chef Experience:

A professional culinary background with hands-on experience in high-volume kitchens. Dark Kitchen Expertise:

Familiarity with virtual brands and delivery-only kitchen operations. Platform Knowledge:

Experience working with platforms like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat. Training Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate, teach, and inspire kitchen teams. Problem-Solver:

Quick-thinking, adaptable, and able to handle challenges in fast-paced environments. Foodie Passion:

Enthusiasm for creating and delivering exceptional food experiences. Travel-Ready:
