Responsible for developing your team, creating a pipeline of future managers! What we are looking for Proven experience & track record in a similar role. Restaurant & hospitality experience is essential. Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver results. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast as well as thinking differently. Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
