June 1, 2023 GCRF: O4 – Production Operations POSITION SUMMARY Provide hands-on leadership to Production team to ensure product is assembled in time to meet customer On Time Delivery (OTD) requirements. ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage workflow for associates on a daily basis. Responsible for overseeing facility and all associates present throughout the shift. Track Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) and drive PSP (Problem Solving Process) when measures are under target. Support development and help maintain all production process and training documents. Develop team members through a coaching, teaching and feedback based approach. Foster a stop, think and speak up environment, driving a safe, quality-focused environment. MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE First Pass Yield target. On-Time Delivery (OTD) target. Productivity and Efficiency target. Engagement Survey results target. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES / CORE BEHAVIOURS: Acts with integrity and is self-aware, genuine, open, and honest (Instill Trust). Moves strategy to action, champions continuous improvement, and delivers sustainable results to win our markets (Deliver Results). Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
