I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Manager Rare Disease to join a leading pharma company. This role is an excellent fit for someone with rare disease experience, looking to make a significant impact with a major UK product launch Role As the UK Brand Manager for HAE you will successfully launch and growth of our rare disease brand by the development and implementation of a collaborative launch plan and by leading key stakeholders through the planning and launch process. Key Accountabilities Stakeholder Management : Engage and align key internal and external stakeholders throughout the launch process. Brand Management : Lead the creation and implementation of a launch strategy. Drive brand growth post-launch. Materials Creation and Management : Develop and manage high-quality materials to support market access and other commercial needs. People Management and Coaching : Lead, manage, and coach a team to achieve performance goals Skills & Experience Highly proficient in Veeva CLM, Veeva Engage, digital communication, metrics, closed loop marketing and CRM Producing materials to support market access Degree level essential, marketing or scientific qualification preferred Excellent communicator and great team player. Ability to work on a broad range of activities and multi-task Product launch experience Line management experience
