Key Responsibilities
Manage all financial and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring strict NEC4A compliance. Oversee subcontract procurement and ensure accurate cost reporting. Handle valuations, risk management, and change control. Collaborate with the client, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What We're Looking For
NEC Expertise: Proven track record managing NEC contracts (NEC4A essential). Industrial Experience: Experience on industrial or infrastructure projects is a major plus. Strong commercial acumen and ability to handle high-value, complex projects.
