A leading NHS body is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Pensions Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a crucial role for the business and will require candidates to be a strong support for the Head of Payroll & Pensions.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing a large monthly payroll of over 20,000+ employees Delivering a full start to finish process using ESR software Ensuring all statutory deductions are made accurately and on time and submitted to the HMRC Managing all year-end processes, including P11Ds Supporting the Head of Payroll & Pensions with management of a large payroll team - 30+ Training, development, carrying out appraisals and one-on-ones Recruitment of new hires Delivery on payroll projects

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have worked within the NHS sector and used the ESR payroll software.
