What Our Client Is Offering: Flexible Schedule:

Choose from options such as 3 full days per week, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM over 4-5 days, or 11:00 AM-2:00 PM for 5 days a week. Hybrid Work Environment:

Work from home with regular in-office days to build relationships with approvers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process approximately 100 invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage the central inbox for incoming invoices and queries. Ensure all invoices are reviewed and approved by stakeholders before processing. Use SUN ERP to manage accounts payable tasks. Set up and execute payment runs via banking systems. Ensure payment authorisations and make adjustments as needed. Identify and implement process improvements, including the use of automation tools like robots. Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders through effective communication.

What We're Looking For:

Proven background in Accounts Payable with a deep understanding of manual and system-driven processes. Proficiency in SUN ERP and experience with payment systems like Barclays banking. Accuracy and thoroughness in processing invoices and managing payment runs. Ability to hit the ground running, manage priorities, and adapt quickly to new systems and processes. Willingness to work collaboratively while maintaining the flexibility of part-time hours.
