Your role: Employee Relations Manager. Employee engagement and satisfaction within our organization is at the heart of everything we do. We care about our employees so that they can care about our customers. In this senior strategic role, you will have ownership for ensuring that our relationship with our employees and works council in Germany are respectful, constructive, and rewarding. You will be providing guidance to the senior leadership team when developing and implementing a constructive and detailed framework for our employees to foster a positive and engaging relationship. You will partner with key stakeholders that include senior HR leadership, the legal department, PR, and Internal Comms. Your expertise in German labor laws and labor relations framework and practices, combined with strong communications and negotiation skills, will be instrumental. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will be progressive, hands-on, and customer-obsessed with the credibility and gravitas to succeed in a fast-moving and customer-focused high-tech environment: Have a track record of working from election to implementation of works councils and managing works councils in highly commercial and demanding environments. Have multiple years of relevant HR/ER/LR experience, ideally within a fast-paced get-it-done culture. Problem-solving and analytical capability; experience of managing ambiguity and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium, and long-term plans. Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all stages from entry-level employees to VP-level leaders. You must have backbone, and be persuasive and resilient. You will be used to managing stakeholders in a global environment and be able to keep them updated with relevant and timely updates, seeking decisions and input in a timely fashion. Have emotional intelligence and a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable. Strong change management, negotiation, and influencing skills. Fluent in German and English. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
