Responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues. Estimating accident damage vehicles and dealing with insurance claims. As part of this role, you will also oversee the smart repair side of the business. You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department. Experience Required:

You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. Ideally, you will have Audatex experience for estimating accident damage. You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people. It is essential that you have experience within a bodyshop environment. The Benefits:
