Property / Asset Manager
Loughborough
Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum, plus bonus
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri and 15 Saturdays per year, 10am – 3pm
My client is an ever-growing student lettings company with nationwide offices. Their vision is to provide industry-leading accommodation experiences for their students and landlords across the country. You will be joining an organisation where you will be responsible for managing property portfolios, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and liaising with landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
Manage property portfolios effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Liaise with landlords and tenants.
Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance issues.
Assist in the preparation of property marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
