Allocations Officer x 2 £40,000- £45,000 pa Take the lead in providing a seamless lettings and onboarding process for new tenants across our mixed-tenure portfolio. You’ll ensure tenancies are set up for success, reduce void periods, and work closely with partners to deliver excellent services. ASB Case Manager £40,000- £45,000 pa Be at the forefront of tackling anti-social behaviour and serious tenancy breaches. You’ll manage complex cases, work with residents and key partners, and play a vital role in ensuring our communities are safe and secure. Neighbourhood Officer x 4 £40,000- £45,000 pa Champion your community by managing a portfolio of properties. You’ll oversee tenancy and estate management, engage with residents to understand their priorities, and ensure our neighbourhoods are well-maintained, welcoming, and vibrant. Neighbourhood Assistant x 2 £30,000- £35,000 Provide essential administrative and technical support to the Neighbourhood Team.
