This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with a pitched roofing background, to work on exciting residential refurbishment projects near Heathrow whilst joining a rapidly growing contractor in a dynamic role offering variety, autonomy and progression.

This Main Contractor has grown 20% year on year due to their outstanding reputation and has recently won an exciting 8-year project where they will be responsible for refurbishing pitched roofs on residential buildings within a 5-mile radius of Heathrow airport to make them compliant with updated standards. Due to this, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Site Manager or Supervisor to lead the project.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Supervisor looking to step up or Site Manager to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an autonomous role with a growing company where you will progress through the ranks whilst being recognized within a close-knit team.
In this role, you will manage the rollout of pitched roofing refurbishment projects in and around Heathrow. Responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, your responsibilities include overseeing the project programme, conducting quality checks, ensuring health and safety on site, and reporting progress to the Contracts Director.
The ideal candidate will be a pitched roofing expert with some management experience looking to take the next step in their career. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor, where you can become an expert, build a team, and progress your career.
