The Role
Achieve forecasted growth and sales targets by a planned and agreed growth strategy. Design and implement a strategic business plan for the customer base and product range. Promote and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and providing a 100% client-driven understanding of their needs. Present sales results, margin, opportunities, and realistic forecasts to the management team monthly. The ability to keep abreast of and identify new emerging markets and opportunity trends and also be aware of new products and any competition threats/opportunities.
The Person
Must have a proven sales track record in valve sales. Significant valve experience to be able to come in and hit the ground running. Be very ambitious and driven. Able to manage own workload. Be career driven as huge opportunities for progression.
