We are recruiting a new Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Manager for the next stage of their growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment, connecting successfully with the HR and Operational teams and adding value to their efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver innovative talent sourcing strategies that meet headcount plans on time and on budget. Full accountability for Corporate recruitment in the UK and EMEA. Actively source, interview, and onboard candidates. Design and implement diversity attraction strategies. Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent. Produce regular performance analytics and insights to improve functional performance. Enhance our employer brand on social media channels. Manage vendors and agencies for cost and financial optimization in the recruiting function. Who We Want:
A proven in-house Talent Acquisition leader. Knowledgeable about current industry trends and practices. Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive. Capable of leading recruitment and role modeling great recruitment practices. Must-Haves:
Experience recruiting for Head Office and Corporate functions in the UK and EMEA. Highly data-driven and analytical. Proven ability to build diverse high-quality talent pipelines. Experience in business partnering with multiple stakeholders. Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
