Job Title: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join a prestigious law firm in Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be available from February on a full time basis, and available to attend the office on a hybrid basis.
In addition, the assignment will be for a minimum period of 3 months, with the strong likelihood of extension.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must be a qualified Solicitor , or CILEX qualified
Dealt with sales, purchases, finances, and commercial leases
A proven track record of handling complex cases with precision and sensitivity is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in using legal software and a thorough understanding of current legislation and regulations are also required.
Hourly rate:
