Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Brickwork, Carpentry, or other relevant construction disciplines. Willingness to undergo an ENHANCED DBS check - because safety and safeguarding come first. Passion for teaching and a genuine drive to inspire the next generation. Strong, demonstrable skills across a variety of trades, with a focus on occupational competence.
