Your future role within QRT: As a Quantitative Developer - Research Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting the software infrastructure that underpins our trading signal research. You will collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our trading strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work with large datasets, high-performance computing (HPC), and machine learning models, in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Python and C++ based tools and applications used for quantitative research and trading signal generation. Partner with researchers and traders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Manage the ingestion and processing of large volumes of data efficiently and securely. Implement algorithms and models, including linear regressions and machine learning techniques, to support trading strategies. Utilize HPC and distributed systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing tools and systems. Your present skillset: 5+ year track record of solving challenging problems through coding. A deep passion for technology, software development, and mathematics. Strong software development skills in Python and/or C++. Experience with some of the following areas: Distributed Computing, Machine Learning, Platform Development, System Design, and/or Web Development.
