Senior Health and Safety Construction Consultant
Senior Health and Safety Construction Consultant required by a multi-disciplinary consultancy to deliver Health and Safety services across Glasgow.
Sectors include defence, commercial, residential, retail, and more. You will be working with numerous clients across the public and private sector.
You will have ownership over your projects from inception to completion, thus providing you with a great level of autonomy. Responsibilities will include:
Building on existing client relationships. Ensuring time deadlines are met. Leading the bid process and contributing to some aspects of business development. Providing day-to-day support and guidance to junior colleagues. Conducting audits, documenting findings, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Conducting site appraisals. Actively participating in project and design meetings. Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, design requirements, and quality standards. Qualifications: NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications, ideally holding or progressing to Diploma, Degree level. Experience: Significant experience within a Health and Safety construction consultancy environment. Additional experience in construction design and building control requirements would be beneficial.
